"Steering an organization in a direction that allows you to achieve your goals and objectives sometimes requires a look from the outside in. Sue and the staff from Propeller Communications provided just such a vantage point for our school. Greater objectivity, perspective, and critical evaluation were achieved when our staff, board, and parents came together to examine who we are and what we want to project to the community.
During the branding seminar, Sue helped guide our thinking without interjecting her thoughts and opinions into the process. Sue is highly skilled at knowing how to draw out the perceptions, thoughts and ideas of those in attendance, and her focus allowed us to discover what is unique about our school. The group interaction and experience is vital to the process, and Sue capitalizes on the information by putting it into a comprehensive plan for positioning ourselves in the educational marketplace.
New advertising and promotional materials have since been developed, and we anticipate increased awareness within the community and more students in the seats as a result."
